- इस विमान में वीआईपी के लिए बड़े केबिन हैं और इसके अलावा एक मेडिकल सेंटर भी है।
- एयरक्राफ्ट में मीडिया के लिए भी जगह दी गई है। पीछे की सीटें इकोनॉमी क्लास हैं और बाकी सीटें बिजनेस क्लास हैं।
- दोनों विमान की कीमत करीब 8,458 करोड़ रुपए है। विमान के उड़ान के दौरान हर घंटे करीब 1 करोड़ 30 लाख रु. की लागत आती है।

- एच-1बी वीजा पर लगे बैन को हटाने के लिए व्यापारिक संगठनों ने डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ कॉमर्स और डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ होमलैंड सिक्युरिटी के खिलाफ याचिका दाखिल की थी। यह याचिका कंपनियों के राष्ट्रीय संगठन नेशनल एसोसिएशन ऑफ मैन्युफैक्चरर्स, यूएस चैंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स, नेशनल रिटेल फेडरेशन और टेकनेट ने दाखिल की थी। नेशनल एसोसिएशन ऑफ मैन्युफैक्चरर्स ने कहा कि कोर्ट के फैसले के बाद वीजा प्रतिबंधों पर तुरंत रोक लग गई है।
- इसी साल जून में ट्रम्प प्रशासन ने एच-1बी वीजा समेत अन्य विदेश वीजा पर अस्थायी रोक लगा दी थी। इस रोक का असर एच-2बी, जे और एल वीजा पर पड़ा था। यह रोक इस साल के अंत तक के लिए लगाई गई थी। ट्रम्प ने कहा था कि इस कदम से अमेरिकियों को रोजगार के ज्यादा मौके मिलेंगे। अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति ने कहा था कि फरवरी से मई के बीच अमेरिका में बेरोजगारी चार गुना तक बढ़ गई है। लिहाजा, उन्हें सख्त कदम उठाने पड़ रहे हैं।

- Exim Bank, owned by the Government of India to facilitate foreign trade had pledged $ 800 million to Maldives for developmental projects in March 2019. In September, the Narendra Modi-led government had extended another $250 million loan to the island nation to attenuate the impact of COVID-19.
- India will build a 22,000 seater cricket stadium and 100-bedded cancer hospital in Hulhumale in accordance with the fund pledged to the country in 2019. To discuss these projects, Sanjay Sudhir (High Commissioner of India to Maldives) met Mohamed Jaish Ibrahim (Chariman of Maldives’ Housing Development Corporation Ltd) on Tuesday.
