It is with mixed feelings that I attach the images here. Happy that countries far and wide recognise the value of the HIndu tradition and name their airport as Suvarnabhumi, Indonesia calls its airlines as Garuda, its police academy emblem is after Hanuman, even the USA has made a beginning of starting its Senate proceedings with Vedic mantras….it is a matter of pride and happiness.

On the other hand it pains to see that there is a race to name airports, highways, roads, lanes and of course thousands of statues in India after political leaders whose contribution has been near about zilch and  at the same time choosing to ignore our epochal heroes like Sri Rama, Sri Krishna, Patanjali, Panini who are responsible for the respect that we get from countries worldwide.
