New Delhi, August 21, 2024 – In 1992, in Ajmer, hundreds of Hindu girls were exploited and brutallygang-raped by “Khadims” and former Congress leader Nafees Chishti. Thirty-two years after this horrific incident, the POCSO court in Ajmer has given a historic verdict in this case by convicting Nafees Chishti, Naseem alias Tarzan, Salim Chishti, Suhail Ghani and Syed Jameem Hussain. VHP Jt. General Secretary, Dr.Surendra Jain said that Vishva Hindu Parishad welcomes this historic verdict in the Ajmer rape case and demands that considering the seriousness of thecase, all the culprits should not only be imprisoned but also hanged for destroying lives!

What a misfortune it is that more than a hundred victim girls had to wait for 32 years facing many obstacles to seek justice. This long journey to win justice took many twists and turns in various courts of law (High Court, Fast Track Court, Supreme Court, and POCSO Court), but ultimately truth prevailed, and the perpetrators of the brutal atrocities against our Hindu daughters were punished! But it is still incomplete. Hanging is necessary!

Dr. Jain said that now the time has come that the dark history of Ajmer Dargah Sharif should also come to the fore. It is important to mention here that Salman Chishti was also following only the Shariat and the teachings of his master Moinuddin Chishti, at whose dargah he served as a ‘Khadim’ (servant). He committed many atrocities against Hindus and demolished various Hindu temples which were symbols of Dharma for Hindus. It is also an established fact that many rapists have also beenCongress office-bearers. Jihadis and Congress have a “Choli-Daaman Ka Sambandh” (they are on the same page and go hand in hand).

Dr. Jain also said thatAjmer Dargah Sharif is a symbol of brutal murders of and atrocities on Hindus.He also stressed that Vishva Hindu Parishad has called upon Hindus from time totime not to visit the Dargah Sharif as their money is being used for illegalpurposes by the Khadims and the Ajmer rape case is a clear example of this. It is also worth mentioning here that a Chishti from there had even talked about economic boycott of Hindus.

It is no secret that theKhadimi family has been in controversies in the past too. We should not forget that after the brutal murder of the Hindu tailor, Kanhaiya Lal, Ajmer DargahKhadim Gauhar Chishti had met Riyaz Attari, an accused in the incident. It should also be taken serious note that Sarwar Chishti of Ajmer Dargah’s AnjumanCommittee promoted violence by making inflammatory statements and threatened to “hilane”(wobble and toss & turn) the entire country. According to reports, SarwarChishti had described himself as a member of a banned organization (PopularFront of India/PFI) and called for an economic boycott of Hindus from Ajmer Dargah. Continuing the hatred against Hindus, Syed Ali Chishti and Adil Chishti, sonsof Sarwar Chishti, insulted Hindu deities and Gauhar Chishti threatened Hindus by raising the Islamic war cry of “Sar Tan Se Judaa” (beheading). We should also not forget that Chishti, Secretary of Anjuman Syed Zadgan, an organisation of Khadims of Ajmer Sharif Dargah, used derogatory language against our daughters.

Dr. Jain said that Vishva Hindu Parishad has from time to time been alerting the country about the atrocities and persecution being meted out to Hindus, whether on Bharatiya soil or abroad. The conviction of the six lawbreakers who have been sentenced for this heinous crime against our Hindu daughters is a ray of hope and we hope that the culprits will not only get imprisonment but also the death penalty. VishvaHindu Parishad welcomes this verdict of the POCSO Court and stands firmly with the victim families.

अजमेर बलात्कार कांड के दोषियों को मिले फांसी – डॉ. सुरेंद्र जैन

नई दिल्ली। अगस्त 21, 2024. वर्ष 1992 में अजमेर में “खादिमों” और पूर्व कांग्रेस नेता नफीस चिश्ती द्वारा सैकड़ों हिंदू लड़कियों का शोषण और क्रूर गैंगरेप किया गया था। इस भयावह घटना के 32 वर्षों बाद, अजमेर में POCSO कोर्ट ने इस मामले में नफीस चिश्ती, नसीम उर्फ़ टार्ज़न, सलीम चिश्ती, सुहैल गनी, और सैयद जमीम हुसैन को दोषी ठहराते हुए ऐतिहासिक फैसला सुनाया है। डॉ. सुरेंद्र जैन ने कहा की विश्व हिंदू परिषद अजमेर रेप कांड में आए इस ऐतिहासिक निर्णय का स्वागत करते हुए मांग करती है कि मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए सभी अपराधियों को सिर्फ कारावास नहीं अपितु, फांसी दी जाएI

यह कैसा दुर्भाग्य है कि सौ से अधिक पीड़िता बच्चियों को न्याय की मांग हेतु अनेको बाधाओं का सामना करते हुए 32 वर्ष प्रतीक्षा करनी पड़ी। इस न्याय की यात्रा ने विभिन्न अदालतों (हाई कोर्ट, फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट, सुप्रीम कोर्ट, और POCSO कोर्ट) में कई मोड़ लिए, लेकिन अंततः सत्य की विजय हुई, और हमारी हिंदू बेटियों के विरुद्ध किए गए क्रूर अत्याचारों की सज़ा तो मिली किन्तु, अभी यह अधूरी है। फांसी जरूरी है।

डॉ. सुरेंद्र जैन ने कहा कि अब समय आ गया है कि अजमेर दरगाह शरीफ का काला इतिहास भी सबके सामने आए। यहां यह उल्लेख करना महत्वपूर्ण है कि सलमान चिश्ती भी केवल शरीयत और अपने गुरु मोइनुद्दीन चिश्ती की शिक्षाओं का ही पालन कर रहे थे। जिनकी दरगाह पर वे ‘खादिम’ के रूप में कार्य करते थे। उन्होंने हिंदुओं के खिलाफ कई अत्याचार किए और विभिन्न हिंदू मंदिरों को तोड़ दिया जो हिंदुओं के लिए धर्म का प्रतीक थे। यह भी एक स्थापित तथ्य है कि कई बलात्कारी कॉंग्रेस के पदाधिकारी भी रहे हैं। जिहादियों व कॉंग्रेस का चोली-दमन का संबंध है।

डॉ. सुरेंद्र जैन ने यह भी कहा है कि अजमेर दरगाह शरीफ हिंदुओं की क्रूर हत्याओं और अत्याचारों का प्रतीक है। डॉ. सुरेंद्र जैन ने इस बात पर भी जोर दिया कि विश्व हिंदू परिषद ने समय-समय पर हिंदुओं से अपील की है कि वे दरगाह शरीफ पर न जाएं क्योंकि उनका पैसा खादिमों द्वारा अवैध उद्देश्यों के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है और अजमेर बलात्कार मामला इसका स्पष्ट उदाहरण हैI यहाँ यह भी स्मरणीय है कि वहाँ के एक चिश्ती ने तो हिंदुओं के आर्थिक बहिष्कार की बात भी की थी।

यह कोई छिपी हुई बात नहीं है कि खादिम परिवार अतीत में भी विवादों में रहा है। हमें यह नहीं भूलना चाहिए कि हिंदू दर्जी कन्हैया लाल की निर्मम हत्या के बाद, अजमेर दरगाह के खादिम गौहर चिश्ती ने इस घटना के एक आरोपी रियाज अत्तारी से मुलाकात की थी। यह भी महत्वपूर्ण है कि अजमेर दरगाह की अंजुमन समिति के सरवर चिश्ती ने उग्र बयान देकर हिंसा को बढ़ावा दिया और पूरे देश को “हिलाने” की धमकी दी। रिपोर्टों के अनुसार, सरवर चिश्ती ने खुद को प्रतिबंधित संगठन (पॉपुलर फ्रंट ऑफ इंडिया) का सदस्य बताया था और अजमेर दरगाह से हिंदुओं के आर्थिक बहिष्कार का आह्वान किया था। हिंदुओं के प्रति नफरत जारी रखते हुए, सरवर चिश्ती के बेटे सैयद अली चिश्ती और आदिल चिश्ती ने हिंदू देवी-देवताओं का अपमान किया और गौहर चिश्ती ने “सिर तन से जुदा” का नारा देकर हिंदुओं को धमकी दी। हमें यह भी नहीं भूलना चाहिए कि अजमेर शरीफ दरगाह के खादिमों की संगठन अंजुमन सैयद ज़ादगान के सचिव चिश्ती ने हमारी बेटियों के खिलाफ अपमानजनक भाषा का प्रयोग किया था।

डॉ. सुरेंद्र जैन ने कहा कि विश्व हिंदू परिषद समय-समय पर देश को हिंदुओं पर हो रहे अत्याचारों और उत्पीड़न के बारे में सचेत करता रहा है, चाहे वह भारत की भूमि पर हो या विदेशों में। जिन छह दोषियों को हमारे हिंदू बेटियों के खिलाफ इस जघन्य अपराध के लिए दोषी ठहराया गया है, उनकी सजा एक उम्मीद की किरण है तथा हमें आशा है कि दोषियों को सिर्फ कारावास नहीं अपितु मृत्यु दंड मिलेगा। विश्व हिंदू परिषद POCSO कोर्ट के इस फैसले का स्वागत करते हुए पीड़ित परिवारों के साथ मजबूती से खड़ा है।
